From the drive you either go up steps or a slope to the front door. There is a lobby with the electric meters and coat hooks. A door leads into the sitting room.

The sitting room has an open fireplace, storage heater, comfortable sofa and arm chair and an open-out chair for a fifth person. (The bedding for this is in the large box, drawers for clothes in the base of the glass topped cupboard). There is a small colour T.V, a desk and coffee table.	The kitchen diner includes the dining table and 2 bench seats, a double oven electric cooker, fridge, microwave, stainless steel sink, cupboards, washer dryer and slimline dishwasher and fan heater. It looks onto the garden at the back.	The double bedroom has a 4' 6" bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and storage heater. It looks out onto the garden at the back.
	The twin bedroom has 2 3' beds, a built in cupboard, chest of drawers and a storage heater.
	The bathroom contains a bath with thermostatic shower over, a basin, toilet, heated towel rail and fan heater. Off the passage, outside the bathroom, is the airing cupboard with the immersion heater and shelves.
